Challenge: Developing the ecommerce channel for Visa when consumers were afraid to transact online.
Solution: Developing digital products, messaging and integrated marketing communications campaigns that used the power of the Visa brand to ease consumers’ fear and establish Visa as the ecommerce leader with 52% market share.
Challenge: U.S. banks weren’t preparing for the digital revolution and didn’t understand its importance.
Solution: Built and managed a turnkey pilot program for top U.S. banks to communicate with and cross market to their customers digitally.
